Today I have opened up the new website and also included this on going blog. I am at a loss as how to start it out for there are so many things on my mind at the moment. When something hits home as much as a loved one getting sick or hurt we all stop to ask ourselves the questions of why. Why now, why them, why me. I have asked all of these over the past few days and can find no clear answers. I have been hit hard with personal problems that affect the well being of my family and still I sit here as if nothing happened. How can I be so careless, or willing to set it to the side? Truth be told I can't. I guess this is my way of coping with what I can't control.

I have put up the new site but have no ambition of trying to do anything special at the moment so bare with me and hopefully in just a short time things will go back to normal.

Today seems a million miles away from the ordinary. I have ventured into a couple of new categories of web designing. I am now working on logos and little cute slogans.

I am not sure just how far that will take my career of graphic design but why not give it a shot. I am about to step down from being on the Equestrian Team and turn over my Captains title to another. After four years on the team I will miss it. I do have plans however of continuing to monitor them and do their websites along with some assistance in the coaching department. Well I don't know about that yet but I am looking into it.

I was thinking of getting into turning one of my short novels into a home movie. I wonder if that is spreading myself too thin. I will let you know more on that a bit later down the line. As for now I am happy with what I am doing and hope to continue it for a while.

Today it snowed. After the thaw I would have liked to see some of the bulk of the snow gone, but no lingering white awaits the morning sun. I am home doing updates and hope to add some new things to this site.

I wrote a poem and to my dismay or pleasure I received a reply. I want to include a links page now that will relate poems by others that have either an interest to me or one I think you would enjoy. So watch for that to pop up here shortly.

As for me, my heart is with my horses so I have included two brand new poems I have set my hand to. I hope you enjoy them.

I can not understand why I chose to wait so long to write in this section.

I can only apologize for being so careless and not keeping my promise to keep up on the new stuff-taking place in my life daily. School is about to come to an end. I have taken on a couple of summer jobs. Working is not what I wanted to do all summer but at my age you have to think of the future and the future is not going to open its doors without some effort.

I have a couple of exciting projects going on. The Marines for one, I will get more into that topic as summer progresses. I will tell you however that I have big plans pertaining to them. I am going to work with our local Farrier this summer in hopes of learning while I make a few dollars doing something I like to do. Work with horses. Not the typical training I have been use to, not the fancy riding or showing but putting shoes on them. Trimming feet and lifting heavy hooves into my little arms. Do you feel sorry for me yet, if not well you might after you hear this? I volunteered to be a JD coach. JD stands for Junior Division. Michigan is starting a program and we are in the pilot stages taking on for the first time an Equestrian Team made up of 6th, 7th and 8th grade kids that ride horses. Wow! Sounds like fun don't you think, I do, but more important it is hard work.

My prom came and went my year is ending with a quiet exit. I did manage to make front page of the newspaper with my online businesses. That's something I would think. After all I am just a babe in the world of business. Cya soon for more updates.
