Fearless Fairies

Nothing more dangerous in the forest than the creature called the cat. She can leap, she and dive and she knows no bounds.

Her sleek fur, her piercing eyes can hold you petrified. She can kill without a thought or she can pass you by.

Make no mistake that she's a pet, so often humans forget her cunning ways, her wisdom, her will to survive.

The fairies through the woods, upon her they do come. Ahhh gentle cat, my little minx, they stop to pet her one by one. A playful joust, a silent run threw the forest they do go.

At the waters edge they do stop. Cool breeze, soft grass it's time to rest. The little fearless fairies fall a-sleep without a thought to the dangers lurking near.

She hovers, she paces, she stands on guard, she protects while the fearless fairies naps.
